  The words

  The words that say I love you
  Live deep within my heart
  A simple three words sentence
  Bridges distances apart

  I speak them to you late at night
  When no one else could hear
  The magic in them glistens
  And it’s like you’re standing near

  I can not quite explain it
  For it bends the rules of time
  But in that quiet moment
  I can feel your hand in mine

  Our love lives on forever
  Though at times I feel the ache
  Your voice it whispers to me
  In each tender breath I take
